Number Theory: In Context and Interactive (Karl-Dieter Crisman)

This free programming textbook has a stated goal of exposing students to the relationships between all disciplines of mathematics for an upper-level (US) number theory course.

SageMath, an open source mathematics program, offers a variety of tasks, both computational and proof-based, that allow students to visualize or explore with almost any mathematical idea.

All common modular arithmetic, congruence, and prime number issues are covered in the book, including quadratic reciprocity. A beginner's introduction to the Riemann Hypothesis concludes the substantial discussion of numerous cryptography difficulties, geometric connections, arithmetic functions, and fundamental analytic number theory.

This should typically be sufficient information for a semester course with no prerequisites other than having some proof-transition experience and having a vague recollection of some calculus.
